By accessing or using the website at https://yokamo.tech (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

The Site is a marketing and lead-capture website operated by YOKAMO LIMITED(“YOKAMO”). It provides information about our freight-forwarding, logistics consulting, and technology services, and allows prospective clients to submit freight-quotation enquiries and contact requests.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.

When you submit a freight-quotation enquiry or contact form, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Submission does not create a binding contract; any service engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

File uploads must not contain malicious code and must comply with the permitted types and size limits stated on the relevant form. YOKAMO reserves the right to reject or delete any submission that violates these terms.

6. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YOKAMO LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed HK$1,000.
